Consultant Gastroenterologist - East Midlands - Perm/Locum FTC

Triple West Medical have been appointed by an NHS Trust based in the East of England to help recruit a Consultant Gastroenterologist for a substantive or fixed term contract.

The Trust is one of the largest in the region with a number of sites serving a population over 700,000. The team consists of a friendly and supportive team, with a well-developed team ethic, which is shared by the junior medical support. In addition, there are a number of Nurse Specialists in endoscopy doing both upper and lower GI endoscopies. There are Macmillan upper GI nurse specialists to support the upper GI/HPB cancer caseload, and IBD nurse specialist team and additional nurse specialists supporting Hepatitis C treatment and alcohol liaison.

They are now looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Consultant Gastroenterologist as part of departmental expansion and continued development of specialised services.

We also have similar roles in SW England, SE England, Midlands, Wales and North West region.

For the right candidate for a substantive role, the NHS Trust may be willing to offer a relocation allowance or a retention bonus.
