Consultant Gastroenterologist - FTC/PERM - Midlands

Triple West Medical have been appointed by an NHS Trust based in the Midlands to help recruit a Consultant Gastroenterologist for a substantive or fixed term contract.

As one of the largest teaching Trusts in the UK, they have the most modern facilities in the country. The Trust is known for its research and innovation and has a solid reputation.

They are now looking to appoint a Consultant Gastroenterologist as part of departmental expansion and continued development of specialised services, and to help support more efficient outpatient service delivery and reduce diagnostic backlogs. This is a new role in the division and represent an exciting opportunity to join a growing department practising from a state-of-the-art University hospital. The ideal candidate will be expected to have or develop a sub-specialty interest in Nutrition/IF, IBD, or Endoscopy to complement existing team, and to share their expertise in supporting and developing a forward-thinking service.
