Senior Clinical Fellow in Paediatrics

We have been assigned by one of the UK's more prestigious NHS Trusts to help them recruit a Senior Clinical Fellow in Paediatrics on either a Substantive or an NHS Fixed Term basis for 12 months to join their successful Paediatrics department.

Our client are currently undergoing a new strategy & values which will boost this trust in the aftermath of COVID-19, the trusts strategic points are quality, people, pathways, ease of use & sustainability which are all underpinned by the trusts values. In addition, over the past few years the trust have undergone one of the most complex service reconfigurations in the NHS – both to deadline and budget. Under the banner of the Our changing hospitals programme, which saw an investment of £150 million to improve this trust.

The successful appointee will be asked to fulfil various duties, such as: Delivering care to Neonates in the Neonatal service which includes delivery suite and post-natal wards, Assessment and management of children in outpatient department, Delivering care to children on the children's wards, and children's assessment unit including emergency department, participate on the middle grade 1:9 full shift rota & participation in audits, presentations and teaching.
