NHS CONSULTANT MEDICINE WITH ENDO & DIABETES VACANCY

We've been assigned by one of the best performing NHS Trusts in the UK to help them recruit a Consultant Medicine Physician with an interest in Diabetes & Endocrinology on either a Substantive or a 12 month NHS Fixed Term basis.

Our client achieved “Outstanding” in their 2016 Care Quality Commission inspection and an overall “Good” rating across the rest of the hospital. This is a regional center of excellence for several key specialties including Obesity Research, Neurophysiology, Cardiology, Ophthalmology and Cancer Services. The Trust has a perfect location which offers both London and Midlands within easy reach, access to major motorways and an international airport within immediate proximity.

The hospital has always been renowned for its friendly atmosphere and good working relationships. This is a University Hospital with linked with well-known London based Trusts which provides opportunities to strengthen its teaching and R&D and bring a more academic environment to the hospital.

Successful candidates will join an established Consultant and MDT in developing and delivering Diabetes and Endocrinology services where the Directorate of Diabetes and Endocrinology is undergoing an exciting period of expansion to meet the needs of a rising demand in specialist care.

GMC registration is essential, however Specialist Registration is not.
