SONOGRAPHER – NORTH WEST ENGLAND

An opportunity has arisen for an Ultrasonographer by one of our clients that have won the prestigious 40 top hospitals awarded for the 12th consecutive year, only 1 in 5 Trusts in the UK to achieve this status.

As a Trust they are committed to delivering the highest possible standard of care, they have been recognized for delivering high quality patient care, being nationally accredited at the highest levels in many areas, in particular those relating to clinical outcomes and patient safety.

The Trust has also invested £8.7 million in improving the physical infrastructure, environment and equipment having invested in a new ICU and new building.

The job role involves performing and independently reporting abdominal, pelvic, vascular and obstetric scans . You will work rotationally between all areas of the service, including the General and Ante natal departments, EPAU, Gynae Out-patients.

The appointee must have a Diploma in Medical Ultrasonography, PG Certificate, PG Diploma qualified Ultra sonographer and on the HCPC Register.
