An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consultant Radiologist to join a prestigious NHS Trust in Greater Manchester.

You will join a team of 7 full time Consultants and be responsible for supporting clinics, emergency visits, investigative work, administration & teaching as well as on-call rota commitments.

The radiology department provides services to the Accident and Emergency Department, Orthopaedic In-Patients and all Outpatient departments. Ultrasonic and Mammographic Units are housed within the Department, providing a Mammographic service for breast care. A 4-slice spiral CT suite is also housed in the Department which provides CT imaging and includes a 24 hour emergency service.

The ideal candidate must be fully registered with the GMC and have completed a recognised course of training as specified by the Royal College of Radiologists.

An excellent basic salary is offered as well as a fantastic benefits package. Annual remuneration bonuses and banding payments are rewarded along with study leave and annual leave. You will also be enrolled onto a healthy pension plan and will be provided with a relocation allowance if required.
